Premier character vanished from my library :I

Good morning to everyone!

Yesterday morning this Premier Character vanished from my library.......I'm still a Premier Member and I still own the other Premier characters that I downloaded in the past. Also checking for Billie in the "available" panel in my Daz Premier Studio is useless.....

Any thoughts?

    Have you been logged in your Daz Studio recently? The figures need regular reauthorization for you to access them.

    By library, do you mean the product library here, on Daz3D.com ?

    I just checked and Billie is visible in mine (no idea if she'll appear in Daz Studio, I have yet to try to add them here).

    Just checked. I don't have her on Daz.com or Daz Studio......disappeared everywhere

    As asked above, when dd you last let Daz Studio connect to your Daz account?

    About one week ago. Now I'm doing a long rendering, when finished I will try to logoff and then login, let's see what happens....

    Just did a logoff and login both on Daz.com and Daz Studio Premier, the problem stays. She doesn't reload in the scenes I was working on with her :(

    Ah,  we should discuss the details:

    When you log in with Daz Studio Premier, is update metadata checked and does it complete the metadata update (you should see a little progress bar in the lower right corner of your screen)?  

    Next, if you go to the Smart Content, do you see the product at all or is it missing when you are logged in?  Is it missing from your Install tab too?

    Apparently your subscription has just renewed. I would leave it until tomorrow, then if it hasn't cleared let us know and also open a Sales suport ticket.

    Did a retry today....all as yesterday, Billie is nowhere

    The bar appears when I login, but stays at 0% and disappears in a few seconds

    The product is missing everywhere, I still have instead other Premier characters in my library

    She's just a girl Premier made for Brianna

    But subscription content's dumb.

    This kinda thing is why I hope Daz gets over the obsession with trying to subscription lock content.

    The problem was solved by sales support (fast response), they did a refresh of my account and Billie came back to my library :)

        This is a major reason I opted not to become a Premier member. If I buy content, I actually want to own that content...

    Premier members get the same license terms as everyone else except on the exclusive shapes and plug-ins. Even the free character bundles are a perpetual license like other purchases.
