They probably match, yes, as long as the DIM path doesn't have any additiional sub folders.
The first two paths on E: iin the Daz Studiio Formats are "nested content directories" - one inside another - which is likely to cause issues. It looks as if the inner folder is your daz Connect location, so ideally you woulkd remove the entry for E:/My New Daz 3D Lbrary/ and merge anything it contains (other than the folder path for the remaining Content directory) wiith one of the other content directories. The last two on the C: drive look as if they may have a similar issue, depending on what happens in the hidden section.
Also, you appear to have ONeDrive actiive which can cause issues as it Aunilaterally moves files around.
And in my experience Onedrive has been known to lose files, apparently even if you are paying extra for for the SMB version. Apparently the only truly reliable version is the coporate version, which from what I understand only shares the name.
Also the Library in onedrive appears to be there twice for some reason.
I was not able to rectify the problem. I removed all files and reinstalled. Di it twise. Now the Content Library is much cleaner. My third party files are in a different folder, but 99% of what I install now gfoes diretly where I want it with a dozen other mixed folders.
