Can anybody help me find this specific character model?

I am 99% it is a base model with very little face tweaking done to it. Hair and makeup is not part of the model. 

I would literally venmo you 20 dollars for it.

    Note that, while you might pay a reeward for information identifying the character, you cannot pay for a copy of the character - you would need to buy that from its vendor/store.
