Issue with my mouse scroll wheel only scrolling down.

Hello. I am having an issue with my mouse scroll wheel only scrolling down. When I scroll through the content library it only goes down even when I scroll up. I looked on forums and can't seem to find a fix. Obi Wan your my only hope!

Did you find the same issue with other Windows applications ?

The wheel works fine in all other apps, but when I'm scrolling through my content library let's say "smart content" the scroll wheel just goes down and not up.
