It looks like you cut and pasted large sections of Thomas Larsson's GPLv2 protected export script and are calling it "your" script. While you have a "derivitive work" argument, it would be better form to at least given him credit in the source code, and are required to GPLv2 this work as well so that others can benefit from your hard work in the same way that you benefitted from Thomas's hard work.
