Refuses to to give up front window position

I don't exactly know when this started but I can not pull up other programs or windows over Daz Studios window (I am having to minimize Daz). Even the plugins like Ultrascenery 2 and the render window will not pull up over Daz.

    aha found my answer: Daz:window: always on top was checked, but I don't know how it got turned on to begin with perhaps in one of those many stalls.
