DAZ Dragon 3 doesn't work in Poser 13

Hello everyone.
I bought DAZ Dragon 3 with almost everything that comes with it. Today I wanted to use it for an elf, but nothing happens.

I keep getting this message:

Screen here: https://ibb.co/dwN3TbW0

The DAZ importer for Poser is installed.
I also dragged the dragon directly into Poser, but it doesn't work there either.
Unfortunately, there is no geometry folder where the figure could be located.
I also installed the DAZ Installation Manager, but nothing helps.
I'm really sad that I bought something I absolutely can't use.

Described: Scope of delivery and features

DAZ Dragon 3 figure: (.DUF and .CR2)

A CR2 file would be in the geometry folder, which unfortunately doesn't exist.

Can someone here help me use the dragon?

Thanks in advance,
Corinna

The DSON importer plugin doesn't work in Poser 12 or 13 due to the change of Python version Poser uses. The last wersion it works in is Poser 11.

Dragon 3 doesn't include a full poser version, only companion files to use with the DSON importer (and for the record, a cr2 file would not be located in the geometry folder, it would be somewhere under Runtime/Libraries/Character)

It's a TriAx figure so maybe loading it in DS and using the cr2 exporter would work to create a "full" cr2 which works in P13.

Thank you, unfortunately the DSON importer just caused my Poser to crash. I removed it from all folders so my Poser works again.

It's a shame, it was a lesson learned. I'll be more careful about what I buy in the future. I was dazzled by cute dragons.

    Have a nice day!

As I said you can try exporting as cr2 from DS.

And if it still doesn't work you can get your money back (open a ticket to sales support in Help center)

I don't have DAZ and don't want to install it because of the dragons. But thanks!
I'll try to get my money back.
If not, I've learned my lesson and need to pay more attention.

    Thanks again!

There's a 30 days moneyback guarantee so you should be able to get a refund if you purchased it recently.
