Katana HD Outfit Problems

Something's wrong! Whenever I load up some of the items in this outfit, they show up as textureless grey blocks (and they don't even show up in Iray renders). I tried many things, but I can't fix this! Can anyone help?

Which product is it?

And what does the log say (Help > Troubleshooting > View Log File)?

"Many things" is a little vague.  Can we assume you have already tried completely reinstalling the product from scratch? (uninstalling the product, deleting the package, redownloading the package, and reinstalling)

That almost always works when I have file-missing errors on a new product.

I have tried reinstalling the product! Didn't work! By "many things", I mean a few items from that product show up as these gray blocks instead of what they're supposed to be, while other items in that product show up just fine!

How did you install? Have you checked the log file immedaitely after loading (Help>Troubleshooting>View Log File) - any relvant enttries will be at or near the end.
