You're not the only one looking for recommendations currently, so maybe this thread can give you ideas: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/735401/help-me-build-my-new-pc#latest
You are looking for a gaming PC that focuses more on graphics card memory. And it can't be an AMD card sadly.
So you can get build guides/recommendations from the gaming websites (ie pcgamer.com).
If you say which country you are from, there might be someone from the same vacinity that can say which PC supplier they buy parts from - as Amazon isn't usually the best for all/most components. [there can also be a benefit to buying most of the parts from the same place as they they can't blame the supplier of another part for being incompatible if something doesn't work]

build a gaming rig with the link above, it will also compare compatiblity as you do this which is amazing.
prioritize more RAM over faster RAM
prioritize more VRAM in a GPU over faster GPU's with less VRAM if you plan on doing large scenes
AFAIK a standard SATA SSD vs a NVMe or PCIeGen4 SSD using Studio does not offer a "better user experience", more local storage worked better for me.
AMD vs Intel CPU is a matter of choice, AMD vs Nvidia GPU is not. Stick with Nvidia cards if you plan to use Iray which is the rendering engine Daz Studio uses.
Don't skimp on the Power Supply and don't overclock. In Modeling and 3D software when you start rendering you are pinning the CPU and GPU, it will manage itself without pushing it imperceptibly quicker and becoming more unstable as you tweak.
These are opinions, not fact, your mileage will vary.
