Suddenly Unable to install/Update Daz Connect Products

I reinstalled DAZ 3D on a new computer over the weekend - I copied over the daz connect folders from an external drive to the comnputer's new D drive and then pointed the DAZ 3D Content Library Daz Connect Data setting to point to that location.   I then started "reinstalling" the products over the last couple of days.   This was proceeding well and then very suddenly this morning the updates started erroring out with  log messages similar to these below

2025-07-01 07:35:58.079 [WARNING] :: \src\sdksource\cloud\dzcloudtasknotifier.cpp(203): FileStream is null, this is bad! "D:/david/DAZ/DAZ_Connect_Data\data\cloud\1_21931\props/ablaze/corporatelounge/props/vase.duf"
2025-07-01 07:35:58.079 [WARNING] :: \src\sdksource\cloud\dzcloudtasknotifier.cpp(203): Failed to open output file: "D:/david/DAZ/DAZ_Connect_Data\data\cloud\1_21931\props/ablaze/corporatelounge/props/vase.duf.part"

Every install/update now errors out leaving the product in the Updates tab with my only real options being Install Update (which fails leaving me in same state) and Uninstall (which does seem to work but doesn't  help)  This is now happening with every product I've tried this morning - it starts to install then stops too quickly and is in the Updates tab instead of the Installed tab.

Before I go try to put this in as a Bug Report, any thoughts on stuff I could try to pin this down or resolve?   I'd hate to have to reset the CMS and try this again because I had been hoping to avoid redownloading everything and reuse my previous folders.

Further info - checking one of the products I see that at least some of the file(s) being complained about are actually on the disk since it was part of my previous install on my old computer - but for some reason when its going to check the files for the "reinstall" its acting as if it can't access it at all even though when I open a folder on that location I can access the file manually just fine.

    Is this a general failure or specific products, with others still working?

    It was  happening with any product I tried.   It started when it was in the middle of "reinstalling" a bunch of products and suddenly the reinstall stopped and I was in this state.   I exited the program at least once.   After that - sometimes it seems like it cranks through some files in a product and then stops well short of completing the install.   I've gone to the file location for several product files and even tried manually creating an empty text file in those folders just to see that I could write to the folder in question.

    So of course I'm retrying it now and so far I've successfully "installed" products again - maybe I was getting some kind of network glitch causing corrupted/empty files or something :)

    Just to make sure. Are there still free space on your D drive?

    I have over 3.34 TB free on my D drive.  This is a new machine installation where I copied my stuff in from another system.  This behavior is on again-off again.   I can update a few projects and then suddenly it fails and I'm stuck for a while.    The only thing I can think of is that something is metering or interrupting the download when I've never seen that behavior before and I don't have a metered internet connection as far as I know.  But, when it happens the log messages I get are things about not being able to open a file, invalid file header, can not open base stream, etc (this product looks like its one of the encrypted ones) but the files are actually there and have content - I just don't understand why its failing this way and then 15-20 minutes later, works again for a few products.
