Trying to log in to Runtime DNA

When I try to log in to Runtime DNA, I get an announcement that Runtime has joined DAZ3D, BUT it doesn't accept my log in!  How can I log in there?

No problem for me either. I have 'automatic' login but it went through with no problems.

If you are really stuck you could always submit a help ticket to DAZ. Besides "sales support" I noticed their helpdesk has a new option called  "RDNA support"

    Likewise, no problems--

Maybe clear your browser cache, relaunch your browser, and try again?

I've cleared my cache, I've changed my login here -- the misbegotten SOB doesn't even recognize my email!

    e-mail them:  help at runtimedna.com

I'm sure they'll be able to help you or check your login info for you.

Like the others I have no problem there - I keep being logged out here - but apparently that's a feature...

You say you changed your login here. Are you trying to log in at RDNA with your DAZ account? Because that won't work, accounts for both sites are separate.

Wait-- every time I try to register there, it zaps me over here, is there another way to register there?

Do you have an existing account there, or are yoy trying to create a new one?

I had something like that a few days ago. I was logged in but when I tried to go to my account page I kept getting the page saying that they had joined Daz. I was trying to check that my email there is the same as at Daz. I tried again today and I got to my account page OK. I didn't do anything different so I don't know why I had the problem then and not now.

I've checked that the emails are the same and I keep looking for various items I bought at Runtime DNA in my Daz account but none have appeared there yet. I'm hoping they will go across OK but to make sure I re-downloaded everything from Runtime DNA (except one item that I can't download) and I'm going to back them all up on DVD.

I'm trying to create a new account there, but it won't let me.

I'm having a strange issue with RDNA

On my home pc where I've saved the password and have the "remember me" checked, the page loads with me logged in just fine.

On my work PC where I do not have my password saved and do not have the "remember me" checked (and haven't logged in from here in a while) it refuses to log me in. It keeps telling me my password is wrong, so when I try to reset it to what I was pretty sure my password was, it does in fact tell me that the new password is the same as the old.

You can't create a new account at RDNA at this moment in time.  New accounts would confuse the migration of the existing accounts to Daz 3D

I guess your best bet would be to go through RDNA's store without an account and in notepad, word or pencil/paper jot down what items you would like to get and wait for them to show up here (or other stores if that be the case)

I too am having the same problem...and the reason is not to create a "Shopping List". I'd like to actually join the community so what's the real solution here?

  • I am hoping to see many more RDNA items here soon, I've been afraid to purchase anything from the site and figured it would be wiser just to wait for the transition to be completed.  But I was able to log in, look at my account, and my ordered items were still there for me to download as well.

Maybe this means that they are closer to finalizing the merger to Daz the store?

  • I can't even log in to view my existing wishlist.  Which I was using to track what's left to be migrated.

I've held off from buying things there until the merger completes as well, but more out of waiting for the great discounts than concerns over moving the catalog.

Try again, I got an error message the first two times, but the third time it showed up.

  • So I see all of the comments above mine are dated for March...I and a few others have now posted in September...Is this problem still not fixed?

Log in does work if you already have an account, but AFAIK you can't create new accounts anymore.
