Actually you don't need that - and if you just purchased (within the last 30 days) you should ask for a refund - uber Point is included in the default resources package that is part of Daz Studio, if you have installed that you should already have it (though it is still a 3Delight light that will not do anything special in iray or Filament).

Your image isn't showing as ir is on your local machine only, not in a shared location.
Uber Point is for 3Delight, not Iray, and you are probably using the old Bitrock installers - download a fresh copy in a zip file from your account.
