Those are Iray shaders. Is your render an Iray render?

Those shaders are for strand-based hair. Your render looks like you may be using a polygonal mesh based hair.

If you link to the hair you used, we may be able to offer more specific help.

Yes, I do render in Iray. And the hair I'm using are the https://www.daz3d.com/turbulent-tail-hair-for-genesis-3-and-8-females it's definitely strand-based hair since I'm free to move every single little strand indivitually.

No, that is a 3D mesh hair, as stated in the product description. The product is made up of lots of "ribbons" (long rectangles of mesh) with hair texture maps applied to the ribbons to make them look like strands of hair. You cannot move an individual hair in that product. You can only move individual ribbons, which look like a group of hairs. Real Strand-based hair defines each individual hair as a separate thing. It does not need image maps to make it look like hair. Daz Studio contains a Strand-based hair editor where you can create your own Strand-based hair. Or you can purchase many Strand-based hair products in the Daz Store. outoftouch has recently switched from mesh based hair to Strand-based hair. For example, dForce Strand-Based Early Summer Bob Hair for Genesis 9 and Genesis 8 Female.

I see.. I had no idea about this. I always thought there was only 2 type of hair, the strand based and the Dforce.

You mentioned about some editor that would allow me to create my own hair, is it very complicated to do? Like, do I need to learn how to use a whole new software like blender to do that?

The Strand-Based Hair Editor is part of Daz Studio. It is kind of complicated and takes practice to get anything good. There are forum threads about how to use it. I don't have a link handy. Users however cannot add dForce to their own Strand-Based hair. That capability is only available to PAs.
