Looking for specific bob hairstyle

I've been searching the Daz Store for a specific style, but I'm having difficulty. This is the style I'm seeking.
I currently have
https://www.daz3d.com/hs-smooth-bob-hair-for-genesis-9-8-and-81-females
but I'm unable to shorten that hair.

I didn't find any really convincing product. If the one you mentioned satisfies you, maybe you could try https://www.daz3d.com/sleek-mid-part-bob-hair-card-based-version-for-genesis-9-and-8-female which also has a strand based version: https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-strand-based-sleek-mid-part-bob-hair-for-genesis-9-and-8-female
The closest I found IMO was https://www.daz3d.com/beverly-hair, but it is a bit too long and too old, unfortunately.
HY Bob Hair for Genesis 8 and 8.1 Females is similar, but has parted bangs
Matilda Hair is quite the multi-tool for bob hair, with a lot of different morphs and some hide controls: https://www.daz3d.com/matilda-hair-for-genesis-8-females
And although it may not be that useful for what you want here (although maybe it could be dialled in backwards if you want to turn the limits off), I've also added a morph to straighten the base to add more utility (attached below).
I have Matilda Hair, and it would be perfect for my needs, but some of the morphs and hide functions won't work on a Genesis 9 character (I forgot to mention this, my apologies.)
Have you tried parenting it to the head (and then scaling/positioning to align it) rather than using auto fit? This is usually fairly viable for shorter hairs that don't get near the shoulders.
Thanks very much. This seems to be working.
