Today's Mindblower item by Zev0 and Raiya is described as a "Merchant Resource". Does this item have any value to non-merchants (i.e. consumers)? If it is of some use, is it more complicated and/or limited than regular consumer products?

Sorry, a bit out of touch with current protocols.

It is a normal set, but he has added the merchant resource permissions to make it more valuable for those who do create content.

I am going to but it maily for eyebrow overlays, though the male hair overlays and the base textures will I'm sure be useful.

Merchant Resource Means for most people it costs more

    Greetings,

It's worth noting that it's a skin resource, which means (among other things) that it's also going to be a bit less 'individualized' than most skins.  It's not going to have moles, normal discolorations, or other distinguishing marks.  Now that's partially because it's primarily a kids skin, and they don't often have those, but it's also so that merchants can add those details themselves later.

It has broadened rights (normally you can't resell things you buy and modify), fewer distinguishing marks, but is specifically designed to be appropriate for kid models (so, e.g., no 5-o'clock-shadow).  I'm getting it because it's absurdly inexpensive for what it does provide, and there's a real dearth of kid-friendly skins.

Thanks for your replies. Hopefully it's just me who's not up to speed with all the terms.

If a "with" was inserted before "Merchant Resourse", it might assist newbies (that's new-newbies and the so-old-we're-newbies).
