I'm talking about this lady [in main Desert's Veil Outfit promo?]
As the title of this thread says; who's that character? I've tried to match which one it is by looking at the characters there are morphs for, but I don't see it. I'll happily concede that this might be a custom creation, but, 'nothing ventured, nothing gained' 
(I also concede I might sound like a broken record, but, well, I like the shape and skin of this character, so I once more would like to know more 
)

Not sure, but people can get a clearer view of that character in the Desert's Veil Hair promos: https://www.daz3d.com/deserts-veil-hair-for-genesis-8-81-and-9-females (the ones showing the different colours seem to feature this same character). Might help to figure out the skin texture anyway.
