alpha stopped working, installed the newer version and now the folder has less items CTDs

100 items in the old alpha folder I copied off and onlyt 74 in the new folder 
But immediatly it's obvious that desiger was not installed and I'm guessing thats why the crashes. 
Iinstalled the alpha again but it took 1 sec and is showing a minus -1 infront of it's name in the installed tab.

Now installing but it's been sitting a zero for ten minutes. 
Will stop it and try to move the removed one back in.

100 items in what folder? Qt designer? That is not, as far as I know, called directly by the applicaiton. It sounds like you hav a bad isntalaltion - does it show the size as -1 bytes in Install Manager? To fix a bad instalaltion you may need to delete the manifest .dsf for the application.
