TOS in reference to AI Videos

So, I emailed Daz3d, no response yet about using DAZ in AI videos. I read their TOS stating you can't use your images to create LORA's/train AI, but no reference to animation using AI videos. If I recall when these terms were updated ai videos wasn't a thing yet. So what's their stance on it? Honestly, after trying it out, AI video is the future of animation, especially with DAZ.
