OPs images dont look like Josie 9 to me, i could be wrong, maybe Im just to use to my version of her

Actually, i have mira 9 but nothing looks similar to her.
Take a look at Ravenstone's shop on Renderosity, you'll see a number of similar characters there. My initial thought was the now unavailable Ravenstone Guo Luk, but I'm wrong more often than not..

To my eye, she looks liker on of the iterations of 3DU's teen characters. He changes the name for each iteration. Here is one: Morgan Female Character for Genesis 9 | Daz 3D
