Discussion about a bug in the Daz Shop

Hi there,  I hope the DAZ-related team can see this discussion: I encountered a strange Bug in the store on the Daz official website...
The situation is roughly like this: I'm browsing an item, but it says "Purchased" (I haven't purchased this item at all), I click the "Purchased" button, it shows "Adding to cart", and then go to the download page, and it actually downloads normally...
In other words, I got an item that I had to pay to get without spending money, and I don't know what the situation was... I don't know what more valuable information to provide (I'll try to send you a picture later if I can)

You hadn't purchased it as part of the Ivar 9 HD Viking Raider Bundle product? Or https://www.daz3d.com/ivar-9-hd-add-on-bundle https://www.daz3d.com/ivar-9-hd-add-on-bundle (in which it has a different name for some reason).

 Some bundle packages do contain a lot of content. However, as far as I remember, I haven't purchased the Bundle you mentioned. I have only purchased two items. One is the Bundle named "Daz Studio 4.x Pro", but it doesn't seem to contain these. The other is the Vascular HD of Genesis 2.

Could it be that Daz once had an event that gave me a bundle pack for free? But I remember that I didn't take the initiative to participate in any activities...

I don't remember if this item was among them but Daz added some items for free to everyone's account a couple of months ago because these items were needed by new interactives lessons.

Why do you think you actually got that product without paying? Is it in your product library, or was the Purchased tag on the store page the only real error?

Yes, since I never bought this item in my memory, I think the "Purchased" button is wrong because I don't have it in my purchase history, but it makes sense if this item was given to me for free without my knowledge...
