...I'm only getting one week and I've been a member for years.

Ah, but they did lower the price.  Daz+ is back to what it originally cost for the annual membership.

I am still not clear how that meshes with my lost months when I bit into the poison apple earlier this year. I still have not received a reply to my customer service query.

I do know that not only the current economy is causing me to be careful with my money, but the offerings are reducing my purchases drastically.

prices have been knocked down to $8.99 monthly and $69 yearly so yea that makes sense getting the extra cause for annual we paid $99 and when they first offered annual again they also gave us bonus 3 months

It seems those of us who are still on the old membership, not upgrading to either the new tiers, are classed as monthly no matter how long it has to run.

But, sadly, no breaks on the annual Premier membership and still no reply to my ticket requesting that the annual Premier membersip be discounted to account for my remaining time.

Maybe you do; but it certainly seems like DAZ doesn't !

I'm not seeing where prices are increasing 14 July 2025. Not discounting the possibility, but that's not what the blog says. Okay, I think that would be unwise. Even so... ???

Yes, that makes Premiere even more expensive by comparison. I'm still judging Daz+ pricing by the previous baseline - One could get a full year on sale for $35 or less, and now it's still $69 without any real change to benefits. The extra 3 mos brings the cost down a little more. I should probably factor in the Outlet Store as a benefit, assuming the items change every month or something. I should. I'm not. >_>

I thought we had managed to get this checked and your membership ends in June 26, as it should for a fifteen month subscription starting in March 25.

Richard, working off the top of my head (and a headache), my original subscription ended in September 2025(?). I am currently seeing the ending date as 21 Jun 2026. I think I am giving up on this.

Buying an annual subscription doesn't add 1 year to your previous expiration date anymore, the year starts on the day of purchase and you get a discount corresponding to how long you had left when you made the purchase. My guess is that this change was made because they don't want to risk having members with several years purchased in advance anymore if they make changes to the membership again.
Expiration date in June 2026 is coherent with15 months starting from March 2025 when the offer was on.

Right. So do check the price you were charged for the annual (fifteen month) membership - if that was not discounted (accoording to how much you had paid for the remaining time, not its cost to buy without discounts)  then that is something you should raise in a ticket.

My guess is that this change was made because they don't want to risk having members with several years purchased in advance anymore if they make changes to the membership again.

I am in the same boat. I asked for at least some sort of partial refund for the 12 months of DAZ+ I lost when I upgraded to Premier, but after 3 months I have still had no response. I sent another message a few weeks ago, and that was ignored too. I know they are busy, but 3 months is pretty ridiculous.

I remember the days when sale refund requests where handled in a day or two.

Suggest also changing July to June. Then it would be today and it would be correct, at least for Daz+.

And maybe remove 'Premier' since that doesn't seem to be decreasing.

My old annual subscription is almost up but I can't remember exactly when and I can't find the info on my member page. The banner says they're adding 3 months to my membership. Is that the old one or the theoretical new one, if I renew?

Oh, I clicked on renewal to see what would happen and the info popped up.

I've always been on yearly, and it still says I am (old membership not run out yet).  But haven't got the 3 months extra yet.

As a data point: not my experience. Still on old membership, did not upgrde, slated to run out 10/2026. I got a banner saying 3 months.

It looks like at some point in the last half year or so, they turned automatic renewal back on. I am quite certain that I hit the Cancel button to prevent renewal as soon as they announced the changes last October, yet my Membership page seems to say that it's now set to renew at the (newly discounted) annual price.
