I really liked her, but I can never find her anywhere. I agree this model is quite unique! The hair product was released as part of the Xiao 9 HD Add-On Bundle, and the character shares some similarities with the one on the promo for « Xiu for Xiao 9 », a Premier exclusive included with Xiao 9. It's hard to be sure from one single promo, but il does look like her.
