Can anyone think of an artifact/prop that looks like the Lament Configuration from Hellraiser?

Emphasis being on LOOKS LIKE, not an actual one-for-one copy.

I found a free non-poseable one, but I don't know where I got it, and it is a clone of the one in the movie. The download link in the renderosity page takes me to a landing page for the now-defunct ShareCG site, so it may not be available now.
