product disapearing

in Daz Studio Discussion

I had the product REALISTIC STRIP for genesis 8 and genesis 9...

Now both have just vanished. I see them in the Content library but when I try to use them Nothing, zilch.  When I try to find the item I get the error message  "could not find file 102247 product"

How do I get it back and be able to use what I paid for?

    There are more products named "Realistic strip".

    i see the product ijn the content library but it does not work when I try to load it. I paid for these items and they just stopped working. Any suggestions?

    Which files are you trying to load exactly? And how did you install the product?

    I loaded them using the DIM, they worked for a while then now nothing. I tried reinstalling the product and that doesn't help either.

    You are double-clicking the file to aply the hair itself, not a material? The product appears to have both.
