Hair not loading

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I custom installed nelson hair. I found it on the library list but for some reason it wont appear. Sometimes when I try it says there was an error and to check logs (I cant find said logs)

 

so i'm lost

    Which files are you loading exactly? Are you sure you're trying to load the actual hair and not just some materials for it?
