Need help recreating this outfit

Yes I'm here again looking to recreate an outfit. 

Mask aside (I already modified the devil's children one), I'm looking for a way to make the rest of this outfit

I'm using genesis 9 but as long as it fits right if it's for g8 I'm good with it (Though I feel like belts tend to not work right for genesis 9 from genesis 8...)
