Moving the plugin stuff that wasn't in the public build 424 folder there and it crashed.
So figureing another way to fix it , removed the public folder 424 completely and replaced it with a 423 public folder but alas DIM still things 424 public is installed (even thought it was told to uninstall)
423 public works with all plugs in place . now to find a way to get DIM to redownload the 424 public installer. (should have the 424 installer, will unzip it and drag its contents into the 423 pub folder which should be the same as dim doing that?
That's why barbult said to reinstall them: uninstall the current copy, then reinstall it so that it get installed for both general release and beta.
I believe the first time you install a public daz adds the plugins
--
after the fix sho the windows showed the installs of the pulbic didn't have the extra plugins because DIM thinks they're are installed?
---
So I dragged the back up 423 public folder into the daz 3d folder
and 423 public came back with the main window and all the xtra plugins.
Pulled the previous 424 public installed out of the download folder and dim put one in the download list, I downloaded it, but it didn't show up in the install tab.
So I unzipped it and merged it into the public folder and let it overwrite any dups which meant in left the extra plugs alone
And after the second restart of daz424 public it said "oh, look plugins"
So as of last night I have a working 424public with mesh grabbers, thickener, etc all installed and green iconed.

So now have 424 regular and pulbic and 2025 alpha and a 412 (and actually working folders stashed for many others)

Why in the heck the main window missing bug only hit the public builds and not just the 424 but all the other publics 423 and a 413 and I think a 416 public all opened but without the main window.

Because I have an older card 1080ti it can be draggy unless I break a scene up into parts so having a second working version let's me do simple modding stuff while a render is happening.

I tried the image below and it took two hours to reach time out with 250 iterations
bit broke it into back, left side, middle, right side, and front and each one only took about ten minutes. Sky added in PS and other images layered. this may have been the 10kx7k version.
