How to contact a creator?

I am having an issue with something I purchased recently and when I change the texture the dForce no longer works in the object.

So instead of messaging tech support, I thought it would be better messaging the creator.

There's no way to contact PAs because part of the agreement PAs have with Daz is that Daz handles customer support.

Well, if the PA is active in the forums you can try sending them a private message, but not all of them are.

    Maybe name the product.

There might be others who have it and can help you.

dForce CH Pantyhose Genesis 9 is the product. I have never had an issue with changing textures on objects and it resulting in dForce no longer working.

    Link to product https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-ch-pantyhose-genesis-9

    I don't have it.

What happens if you try to simulate after changing materials? Ab error or just no changes.

The product list it has a simulation setting - have you tried applying that after changing materials?

It might be that the PA has saved the materials with faulty simulation settings. If so you will need to make a ticket. I can't remember that I have seen Chungdan in these forums.

Moved to Technical Help - it was not a daz Studio application topic, but it has become a product help topic.

I would check the various setting related to dForce just after you have loaded the item: maybe the material presets where improperly saved and are erasing the dForce settings.

You can see them through the Surface panel: select a surface that is simulated, then scroll all the way down until you see settings on a brownish background (the first should be Visible in Simulation), then use a material preset and see if anything change in the dForce section of the selected surface.
