How to change UI language in UE?

So how do I change to english UI language in Unreal Engine?
I just cannot find the setting

    OMG this reminds me of the time I accidently changed the language in Skype to Latvian

    I had a lot of trouble navigating the interface to change it back because even though my father was Latvian, I only know about 5 words a couple of them cuss words

    (German my Mum's ancestors would have been easier as I actually studied it a bit and understand it a bit written if not confident speaking it)

    sorry not much help but had the impulse to share cheeky

    depending on what you language have this could be crazy difficult, thinking Asian or Aramaic

    I just want it to be in english.
    I don't know why UE asumed, I'd liked it to be german, just because I am in germany.
    I really hate those localizations.
    English is our shared language-end off.
    Good luck with (english) tutorials and help forums, when you cannot find a damn thing, because everything is in a funky german.
    allthough German is my mother tongue, I have no idea, how to communicate 3d related stuf in german language.
    Try and you get an awkward babylonian gibberish.

    I am Australian and speak English (my very limited comprehension of written of German might help find the right spot in the UI but nothing more)

    it is weird it goes by where you live as many people live in countries other than their own
