Materials script not loading, rendering white
Hi I'm new to the world of 3D rendering, and starting out with DAZ 3D, just started around by completing the baseic tutorial and following another tutorial on youtube
The problem I'm having is in this video at 15:30 onwards, where the author mentions that render is white because materials are not loaded in
I have followed it up to this point, (downloaded and installed genesis 8 starter packs and the secret garden shaded haven environment ), when I go in materials and double click on scropt to load all all materials, like in the tutorial video, nothing happens
it still renders white
now I am mostly using studio 2025 becuase I have a 5070ti , but also tried this in DAZ 4.24 by loading my save and doing the same thing - it's also appearing as white in the render
I checked around and got the logs - it is possible that the assets I am using are now no longer compatible with DAZ Studio 2025 - is there a way to continue with the tutorial here ?

on DAZ 4.24, seems the script loads OK, but when I change perspective to render via iRay, getting the following

So you are using the Daz Studio 2025 Alpha? TYhat is an early build which still has a lot of work required - unless forced to by having a 50x0 GPU I would stick with 4.24.0.3, the current general release, at least initially.
I am using 50x series card, unfortunately, thats the only one I have at the moment, I tried rendering on DAZ 4.24.0.3 didn't work on that either - maybe because it doesn't support 50x cards ? not sure
