    Unrar it. Find a free tool to unrar if you don't already have it. Look into the folder just created for "Data", "Runtime" and "People" folders. Sometime you have to go one folder in. Hold Ctrl and click on all the folders you have found with those names. There can be one, two or all three folders. Keep holding Ctrl. Drag the folders to your content folder. You can open two File Explorers side by side if it makes it easier and you can drag from one to the other.

    Note one mistake that's much too easy to make — you want to merge the contents of the folders from the installer into the same folders in your live content location. Do it wrong, and you might end up copying the folders (plus contents) into one of the folders in your live content. This usually causes important data files to be one folder level too deep, so D|S can't find them.
