Error Downloading NFP 3D files

in Non-Fungible Token (NFT) Art

Some of my NFPs show an error

{"error":"Invalid hash"}

when downloading the 3d files while others do not. I'd like to be able to get those files and get to work :) Any help?

    I was able to download them on Brave instead of chrome. if that helps anyone else :)
