Genesis Poses converted for use with UE5 skeleton

Hey, I'm just wondering if anyone knows of a simple way to convert poses for Gen 8 or 9 characters in Daz Studio to be used with the standard UE5 skeleton?  I've been teaching myself Unreal Engine 5 with the intention of creating animation, and using a combo of Metahuman and repurposed Daz clothing via MetaTailor I have been having quite a bit of success, but sometimes it would be nice to be able to grab one of the many poses that exist for Genesis characters and slap it on my actor in Unreal Engine as a starting point.  Obviously the skeletons are different, I know using Daz to Unreal bridge you can bring characters across with varying levels of success, but what about a library of poses?  Is there a script or app(preferably a free app) that will allow one to do this, or is it complicated for reasons I don't understand and not at all practical?  Any perspectives on this would be appreciated, it would be a real time saver to be able to grab an arms crossed pose for example, slap it on my MetaHuman, make a few tweaks so it looks right and then animate from there, rather than having to create every pose for every character myself.  I'm no expert in the inner workings of Daz or Unreal, but know enough to have created some decent animations in Daz before making the leap to Unreal and learning facial capture, control rigs, etc and starting to see some real nice results.

Thanks guys and gals, all positive or constructive comments are welcome!

I believe you can use the animation retargeter for that.  Import the Genesis animation and then right click on the animation and select Retarget Animation and select the UE5 skeleton as the target and Gen8/9 as the source.
