Dynamic Supersuit Set 1 Worlds Finest - Completely Empty
Recently, I purchased "Dynamic Supersuit Set 1 Worlds Finest". But when I was getting ready to install, all I found was a single string of folders, with absolutely nothing inside. The string went like this; Content\data\4_0_2\CowlM5_2993_Object\CowlM5_2993_Shape.
There was nothing inside. No data, no clothes, no nothing. I am upset about this, and I think understandably so. And I would like to know how I can get the product that I ordered.

Well, there should definately be files in your folders. How did you download it, did you manually download it from your product library here on the website, or did you use DIM?
if you used DIM, go to your "installed" tab and uninstall it and have DIM re-download it and install it again. If you manually downloaded it, try downloading it again.
I manually downloaded it. Twice, in fact. With the same results both times.
Hi OrionPax09,
Thank you for your support. Can you please try to download it once more. I was referred to this thread and just tested the manual download myself and everything downloaded without problems. Could have gotten a corruptred download or incomplete maybe? Or a glitch from DAZ website? The zip I'm getting is 28,038KB and I unzipped and am getting the complete folder structure and files.

Either clear the browser cache before downloading again or download with a different browser.
How did you open the zip after downloading? The Windows built-in compressed folders tool soemthimes has problems, it may be worth checking with something like 7Zip (or the Daz Install Manager).
Well, I tried again, and kept getting the same results. So I decided to use Stuffit to look inside without extracting, and found out that all of the files were included. For some reason, I was losing all of the needed files every time I tried extracting!
I have no idea why this happened, but after using a different extractor, I was able to get the files out.
Sorry about the hassle everyone. I really have no idea what caused the problem.
Glad you were able to solve the problem. :)
