Updated Manual

With all of these software updates to Daz Studio, do you think its about time they came out with a updated manual for the software as well? When was the last time the manual had a good overhaul?

  • I wasn't aware that there was a manual in the first place?

The most current manual is available at http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/dazstudio/4/userguide/start, Community>Help>Wiki Documentation, or through the Help>User Guide(Ctrl+F1) in Studio(must be connected to the internet to access and it takes you to the same link i'm providing).

It's tiny, at 96 pages, compared to the last actualy manual we got with version 3 at 517 pages.

The reference guide, is a bit more useful, but it's a mess, and many things aren't even covered.

A few folks have tried to come up with their own version but they either never got completed, or what got produced was basically useless.

  • Well, live and learn. I figured that Daz has so many features that any manual would look like LotR on steroids.
