A model of a set of large, round eyeglasses, in a nerdy bookish style, fitted and rigged in DAZ Studio for Genesis 8/8.1 Female. While the rigged version should be suitable for most character needs, a smart prop version is also included, as well as a large assortment of mix and match partial materials to allow you to easily customize the frame and lens materials in many combinations. See readme for more information!

    Hello,

    They look nice :)

I checked with the Google Drive and Renderhub version and I have missing files errors when I'm trying to load the prop version:

    /data/Excessive/Accessories/Nerd Glasses Prop/Nerd_Glasses_4296.dsf

    /data/Excessive/Accessories/Nerd Glasses Prop/UV Sets/Excessive/Base/default.dsf

Thank you for fixing problems smiley

I have another question: unlike some of your other freebies (I didn't check them all), despite having Subd activated, the nerd glasses' resolution is set to Base by default. Is it intended ?

they don't particularly need it, but it's there if someone wants to turn it up for some reason, I do this with Push Modifiers also, have them there but set to zero. tbh these are kind of a lot higher poly than they needed to be, especially the geometry behind the ear is pretty dense, but w/e it's not intended to be game engine content anyway
