DAZ Navigation - Super slow

I occasionally mess around in DAZ just to see how it works.  Im finding the 3d navigation to be painfully slow for zooming in and out (midde mouse wheel and the Magnifying glass icon).  Is there a way to speed it up or have a more "normal" zoom speed?

The only work-around ive found so far is to add a camera and use that instead, but it is sadly locked to global transform coordinates.  It would be nice if they added a Dolly cam similar to Poser's, where the camera is its own pivot point and it follows local xyz coordinates.  That would be highly recommended anyway for any 3D software that has animation functions ...unless there is a way to do this already.

Cameras all rotate around their own centrepoint, and orbit around a target point (if set). Try the difference between right/left drag on the rotate button in the cotnrols at top-right, or in combination with modifier keys.

Oh ok. so cameras can be made to use local transform/rotations?  I found it using its location as the pivot point, but it was rotated by world coordinates, which is not ideal for cam.  i'm not familiar with modifier keys in DAZ. i'll look into this too. thanks

The numbers will always show relative to the parent node (world space if nothing is explicitly set) but the transform gizmo will respect the coordinate system set in Tool Settings.
