Help, I don't know what happened

Photo shop hid the save dialogue box when I was trying to create a texture to use in my scene and I had to force close all programs including Daz Studio. I mean manually press the shutdown button, even Task manager wouldn't display on the screen.

Now my Studio View port is all wrong. I have never changed it since I first downloaded this program 20 years ago. I can't get the view port back to what it was and I have been hyperventilating (literally) for the last 40 minutes. I have reset to factory default and still can't get my view port back. I have never changed it so never saved anything.

WHAT CAN I DO, PLEASE

At least posting this question has stopped my hyperventilating.

maybe show a screenshot of what it looks like and explain what you want it to look like?

Force closing probably broke the layout files. If you have a back-up of

    %appdata%/daz 3d/studio4/

you may well be able to restore them, but otherwise try Window>Workspace>Select Layout.

Thanks to you both. In the cool light of day, as they say and after a nights sleep. I checked my Daz folder where I save scenes and images etc. and there were 3 screen captures done years ago when I had an issue with USC (1).

It turns out I was using "City Limits Lite" and probably kept the original colour for the viewport (white) rather than the darker default as it showed upin the style choices.

If I change the Veiwport colour and re-organise my left and right tabs and save the Style. Will it save those settings if the situation happens in the future?

Save a Style to save the color changes, and save a Workspace to save the tab (pane) placement.
