3rd Party Content not loading issue

Hey everyone I`m pretty new to Daz Studio I`m on version 4.24, I started adding in some 3rd party content, only issue i`m having is everything is showing up with an exclamation point and when i go to open them it loads for half a second and nothing shows up. To my knowledge it looks like I installed things in the right place I messed up the first time around and had them in the "My DAZ 3D Library" but i have them now in the My Library directory. I been at it for a few days and can`t find anything on this I`ve reinstalled it quite a few times and not sure what else to do.

Looking at your directory setup, you have both "Studio" and "Studio/My library" listed as content directories. That's bound to cause problems.
What do you have in those folders exactly? You'll likely need to consolidate them into a single content directory.
Not only do you have a library within a library which is going to cause issues as Leana said, but you also have that stored under OneDrive which will add another layer of issues on top in my experience.
You have the right idea in keeping 3rd party stuff to a separate content library but it should be wholy separate from any other library folders and ideally not within an area that third-party cloud storage companies can randomly mess with.
Right now I actually don`t have any files in the "Studio" folder other than just the "My Daz Connect Library" which I haven`t used and the "My Library" folder that I have the 3rd Party content in. I`ve tried deleting the OneDrive part also as you`ve said but for some reason it kept showing back up, whenever i would change the directory within "My Documents" OneDrive would just reappear. I`m guessing maybe I should use a whole different directory outside of the Documents folder?
If you have a second drive I would suggest putting your content libraries on that. They can get rather big, so you might not want to clutter your C drive with that. If you don't I would say a folder outside the documents folder to avoid One-drive.
A different angle here - the file being shown is a DSF file, not a DUF. If it were a DUF, then one sees an icon like this when there is no .PNG/icon file matching the DUF.
But again, we are discussing a DSF, which are things I find in my 'Sudio\My Library\data\blah-blah subdirectory. Also then the exact subdirectory path is super-critical to match the DUF file used to apply that DSF.
