Plugin/Script for toon like Squash, Stretch and boneless/rubber limbs?

While you can do some of this to a point with parameters a plugin and or script to emulate some of the more toon like features such as.

Squash and or Stretch of the main components of a character and maybe their clothes etc.

Rubber/Boneless limbs like the old early animations (a modern example: Cup head).

And finaly maybe some toon teeth that match the exagerated toon mouth poses.

I would pay money for these features;)
