my right click suddenly not selecting anything?

I have no idea why but for some reason my right click button is not selecting anything. How do I rectify this please. Here is a screenshot so you see what I have selected and such oh and my left button is also acting weird its not letting me select anything either.

You have 'Scene Navigator' active.

Try to select 'Node Selection' or 'Universal' tool.
