It's best practice to import objects at world zero. Other programs have the ability to edit the axis of objects, but I don't know if DS does.

Ok the video tutorial was great but, for some reason.. everytime I try to move the green pivots an any axis, the object is moved too. With the red pivot I have no problem. If I move it the object keep the position but the one the matter is the green pivot.
Another issue... In this other project I created a plane that I want the hand be holding it. I tried to move the pivot and first problem. The axis are soo small. Is there a way to enlarge it? and again... I tryed to move the apivot position but the plane is also moving! What I'm doing wrong?

I am not aware of scaling the arrows, but if you zoom in it will get relative bigger.

Have you tried doing it in texture shaded view? - would expect better response on movements.

Regarding movement of the object by moving these arrows. No idea, never seen it, and can't imagine how it could happen.

Yeah I don't know what to tell you about the problem with moving the object center / pivot point, I can't reproduce that behavior. Works OK for me.

Problem solved: I notice that there is no problem when the axis are ... lets say... not super small. I tryed with another ojbject and it works. Thanks to all of you!
