Quiz for Daz Shop's Pro buyers

The question is: Will I get the 3 items "Snow Queen 9 HD Child, Teen, Elder Shape"?

They are included in "What's included and features" but not visible in the section "This product includes the following products"

 

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance

    IIRC, those shapes were included with the old pro bundle during the first 30 days of release and weren't a separate purchasable product then either. As well as being listed in the description, they're in the product links below the text too. The links go nowhere because they probably never had a store page made for them. I imagine they do come with the add-on bundle, but if they don't show up in your product list, that they're in two of the three descriptive areas suggests that customer service would fix that for you or give you a refund.

    All time-limited bonus shapes came back when Daz finalized the transition from the Starter / Pro system to the HD Character/HD Add-on system.

    Most of them are now purchasable as stand-alone products, while being included in the HD Add-on bundles, but for an unknown reason, Snow Queen's (and afair, Olivia's) bonus shapes are not available as a stand-alone product. I don't know if it's a bug or not but I signaled the situation some time ago, it was reported and nothing changed so far.

    On it's own, it should not mean you won't get them: before Daz removed G9 Starter and Pro Bundles, a couple of G9 Pro bundles had exclusive shapes and those shapes were not available elsewere and were only said to be included on the Pro bundles' description and they appeared on my library when I bough such Pro Bundles (like Olympia 9, Olivia 9, etc).

    I have yet to have an opportunity to get Snow Queen, but my guess is that you will get the shapes because I see no obvious reason for Snow Queen's bonus shapes to not be added to your library when they were specifically listed when Daz created Snow Queen 9 HD Addon bundle.

    They were included with the Pro Bundle back when it was available, but they should be included with that one.  At the bottom it shows the forms that are included.  Worst case scenario, ask for a refund if you don't get them.  The additional forms are part of a group that aren't available fo rundividual purchase.

    Only during a month following the original release, after that, they were removed, following a trend started with Mira 9.
