can someone make me a daz 8.1  and sell me the file ? 

thanks hope im not braeking any rules i have assets for the file

    Only the creator can sell a copy of the file, or if they sold to a store only the store. No one else has the right to sell or share content without prior permission from the creator or rights owner.

    Someone could create a scene file reproducing that figure, then tell you which assets you'd need to buy to successfully load it. Whether you pay that person for the scene file is between the two of you.

    As long as what they are selling is an original file and not part of an existing figure or clothing set . I am assuming you want an outfit like what is in the posted image. A creator can create an original outfit like that and sell it or give it to you, but no one can modify an existing outfit and give it or sell if to you other than the ortiginal creator of the modified outfit. Also it will likely cost much more for an original outfit compared to purchasing one from the store, usually several hundred. Hope that helps
