What on Earth is a PostgreSQL CMS connection and how do I fix it?

Got the 'valid PostgreSQL CMS connection could not be established' error message just now.  I've vaguely heard of it but I don't exactly know what it is.  I upgraded to Studio 4:23 a few days ago - maybe that's caused it.  I don't even know what a PostgreSQL is, let alone where to find it and reconnect it to Studio.  Can anyone help?  I'm off to bed now. Grump-grump-grump-grump-grump...

    Press F2 in DS (Edit > Preferences...), CMS Settings tab, check the settings as below ss.

    Has your s ecurity software had a recent update? What do you use?

    Thank you, both of you.  I don't know what's going on, but when I started systems up this morning, everything was just there.  @crosswind, I did go in and havea look and it all matches your settings.  @Richard Haseltine: I use Bitdefender.  Thank you both again, hopefully there won't be a recurrence.
