How to set up view point in viewport from one scene caracter's eyes in Daz Stutio?

    If you mean a point in the 3D space to which the character's eyes will point to, you can create a null ('Create' > 'New Null…') and then set each eyes to point at it.

    If you mean setting a Camera from the point of view of a character's eyes (a POV camera...), you can parent a camera to the character's Head node or Eye node (better with its a-pose...), then tweak camara's transforms as needed.
