Copying newly created property over to other figures

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Currently working on a project and I am creating a bunch of rigged figures. I'm setting up ERC controls for them and need to create the same property on every single one of them.
Is there a batch "create property" option, or a way to copy/paste a new property to all the other figures in my scene?

    Are the rigged figures stand-alone figures ? or just Geneis figures ?

    Standalone! Nothing to do with Genesis

    If so, creating the control property manually on each of them should be the safest and quickest way, in my experience ~~ Of course, you also can replicate the DSF file to the data folder of each of them, then modify each DSF file accordingly. That may even take more time.

    And by using a script? I don't know if there's a script that can do the work .....

    A script would be great.. I can look into the DSF editing, that might be faster. Right now I have to create about 8 properties on a lot of figures and doing it manually one by one is mind numbing.
