Dress is sticks out to the sides

Hello, when I put a dress on a character, it doesn't hug the body but sticks out to the sides. Help me solve this problem? I've tried the compatible version, both Gen 8 and Gen 8.1. Thanks!

    That is probably a dForce dress designed to be simulated - try clicking the Simulate button in the Simulation Settings pane (once the figure is posed, assuming there are no body parts intersecting and that it can get to that pose without anything crossing through itself - if not soem tinkering may be required)..

    I did the simulation and i tried different dresses, but got this

    Is it a dress made for the figue you are using it on? Which dresses are you using - generally they will have dForce in the name if they are meant to simulate.

    yes, it's for 8.1, and i have a 8.1 figure

    this is another dress

    I have another one and it's works ok, i can work it with a little adjustments, but this are two are just crazy

    In the simulation settings, you can try changing the collision mode from Better to Best: when I had similar problem (dresses falling inside the character), it solved it. The simulation will take longer though.

    Do to that, open the Simulation settings panel and select Best:

    If you don't see the Simulation Settings panel, you can make it appear by going to the Window menu, then Panes (Tabs) then click on Simulation Settings:
