For those who have used the options for adding Date and Order# subfolders which are incompatible with the new Get Extra Product Page Pictures feature (see note in Tutorial), I'm working on a solution that will fix this automatically. Will post here as soon as it's finished (later today I expect)...

I'm using the Content Downloader version # a0.539 & I keep getting this message:
This page can’t be displayed
I'm on Satelitte internet & it's kinda limited connection. Any tips on how I can get this to behave again so I can finish my downloads? I have about 7-9 pages let to get & if possible the list to make also. If I change that to the store front page link it works. I get this message if I try to go to the downloads page.Thanks:)
Glad you got it working again, it was probably just a temporary server problem. :)
It's acting up again today but at moment weather is bad. Wondering if that may be causing issues. I just hope it decides to play nice again before it's to late lol.
Probably the connection. I've never had any problems with it when downloading, and I have a very stable connection. It gets the file size from the server before download, and if the size of the downloaded file doesn't match, you'll get an error message.
I'll recommend testing the zips for corruption after download just in case - even if the size matches it may be corrupted anyway in rare cases (I haven't seen it yet though). The tutorial has instructions for how to batch test with WinRAR.
I was wondering if it was also possible to save the reciepts from the gists pages?I was hoping to get those saved also as proof that was how we got the items.I'm having fun trying to learn how to save multiple pages in my reciept pdf lol.
I think the only way to do those is One at a time from a Webpage and Save it to a PDF or Web Archive.
But the Tool does Capture the Order Numbers, with the Products, That is most likely good enough for the products that transfered to Daz 3D Store, but It might not be enough if you have to talk to an Artist about getting support where their product ended up?

There are instructions on the tutorial page (Help > Tutorial in the downloader menu) for how to save the receipts. The receipts for the Gifts are listed together with the purchase receipts on the Orders page.

First version of Product Manager for RDNA which is supposed to replace the RDNA Downloader for browsing product pages etc. has been released now (it's free and will remain so). More info here (scroll down the page):

There seem to be a minor problem with the progressbar not updating in the converter (works when debugging but not in "real life" it seems), it's doing what it's supposed to do anyway though so just ignore it (you only have to use it once).
Taozen ... Thank you very very much for this download software. Just finished dlownlading all my RDNA purchase. The fact it places the many files for a product in one folder is seriously great !
The downloader made the chore very simple, and didn't take too long. The server was pretty fast today as well. I had 14 pages of downloads ...

Thanks, very helpful! But there were no product photos and when I tried the converter, there were still no product photos or YouTube videos. How can I access these? Thanks.
I'm pretty sure you can't get them anymore now that the store is closed. In order to use that feature you would have had to download before 15 Dec when the store was still open and hence the photos were still available.
The issue is that as the Products were transfered from the RDNA Store to the Daz 3D store or removed from the store by the artist, the Product pages were removed.
This is the reason I found the WayBack Machine. if you have the URL, you may be able to find and archived copy of the product page on the WayBack Machine (think Mr. Peabody & Sherman).

You're welcome! Like others have said, the product pages are not available anymore and it's not possible to get anything but the product zips without them.
Those who do have any product pages can still get the extra product page files though using the "Get extra product page files" feature (or the Converter if you have used the Date/Order# folder options). And if you use the "Create Product List" feature in the downloader you'll get the links necessary to look up the product pages at Wayback Machine. In either case you should act fast as the RDNA server can shut down at any time now.
Sorry for the delay, a disk crash and other annoying things got in the way but now everything should be in place I hope.
RDNA Downloader has been updated to 0.540, just run it or check for updates under Help if automatic update check is disabled.

Out of curiousity... okay, really more out of desperation... has there been any progress on the Renderosity version of this program?
The main reason for the delay is that I decided to update the database to SQL which includes rewriting a lot of code, but most of it is done now so it shouldn't take too long, if all goes as expected (which it not always does, unfortunately). But since many have become impatient I've been considering selling pre-releases of the previous version with free upgrades to the final one. It's missing some features and have some minor bugs but it's very stable and download works fine. If you're interested throw me a PM.

Someone gave me a hint about how to download promo pictures from RDNA directly (not via Wayback Machine) so I wrote a small app that can do that. This one is fully automatic, just a few clicks to get everything. What it can't unfortunately is to get the product page data, the only known way to get these is by using the Wayback Scraper. Some pages and pictures may be missing on Wayback though so you may want to use both programs if you want as much as you can get.
It can download the promo pictures for every product in the whole store, or, if you have a product list generated by the RDNA Downloader, it can be set to only download those for the products you have.
Better hurry if you wan't to use it, there's only today and tomorrow left before RDNA shuts down (at least officially) and it may take some hours to download your stuff.

Updated to 0.501. Previous version will just spin through the list and look like it has downloaded everything, if the connection should break during download. The update will just wait and keep retrying and then continue when the connection is restored.
