Interactive Licenses Discounts Not Applying.

I was trying to get interactive liceses for the following products...

Interactive License for Matilda Hair For Genesis 8 Female(s) -70%
Interactive License for HL Fashion Boots for Genesis 8 and 8.1 Female -60%
Interactive License for High School Bathroom -70%

and the discounts are not applying in my cart; is that a store error?

I tried switching browsers but that did not help.

It is a discount on interactive licenses.

If you go to the product page, for example, https://www.daz3d.com/matilda-hair-for-genesis-8-females

You will notice that the interactive license is marked with a "-70%" discount but when you add it to cart the discount does not apply.

Regular price is $50.00 with the discount is $15.00 but when you add the interactive license the price in cart is $50.00 completely ignoring the discount.

 

I already own the Matilda Hair For Genesis 8 Females; I'm just adding the interactive license.

 

Many products have the same issue; not all, but many do.

I suspect that is a bug, sicne there are no promo banners or onsite mesasges, but I will flag it up.

I've been dealing with Josh in customer support about this, they are aware. I *still* see a discount on Toon Amy, for example, where the price shows as $7.50 for the interactive license on my MacBook Pro and iPad using Safari, but $50.00 on my iPhone and MacBook Air (also running Safari). It also shows as $7.50 on my MacBook Pro using Firefox.

Josh confirmed that the sale for these ended on March 27th (I'd tried to buy the bundle's interactive license since April 1st). 

He suggests trying Chrome if that's not what you're using.
